TM Health was created by Seth Shaw, an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and U.S. Air Force veteran who spent over a decade optimizing his hormones while balancing real-world demands — long shifts, heavy training, and high stress.
After seeing how broken mainstream men’s healthcare was, he built TM Health so men could get precision-driven, medically supervised optimization without the runaround.

I’m a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of clinical experience in dermatology, telehealth, and men’s hormone optimization. I’ve treated thousands of patients nationwide through Lemonaid and now focus on TRT, peptides, and performance medicine for high-performing men at TM Health.
I also serve as Medical Director for a wellness center in Glendale, overseeing IV therapy and metabolic health.
Outside of medicine, I’m a husband and father first — most of my time is spent with my wife and daughter, and when it’s just us, we’re usually at a concert or watching a horror movie.
